Herb Conaway, Jr., MD, JD, is Deputy Speaker and Chairman of the Health Committee of the New Jersey General Assembly. Dr. Conaway is a leading advocate for health equity and a peer-reviewed science-based approach to policy.

In this video presentation, Dr. Conaway joins SID&T in calling into question the adoption of the Rule governing organ donation and transplant in late 2020 and advocating for true reform that protects the nation’s non-profit system.

A graduate of Princeton University, he received his MD from Jefferson Medical College and a JD from Rutgers School of Law.
